Disclaimer of Warranties

EZ GPS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or errorfree service. Use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOOD PACE SETTER GLOBAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EZ GPS.
